Thank you for your interest in joining the Harbourside Organic Farmers Market community. We encourage you to review thoroughly the application that best applies to you. When complete, please mail your application and membership check to our office. New vendors should include the $25 Vendor Processing Fee. While we would love to speak with all prospective vendors individually, the high volume of applications we receive combined with our regular work load does not always allow for this. When your application and cheque has been received you will be contacted by the Vendor Processing Committee. Note: your cheque will not be cashed until you have undergone a site inspection and been approved by the VPC to join the market as a vendor.

Farmer Application
All produce must be grown in Ontario by a certified producer. We are especially interested in organically grown crops and specialty crops.

Food Purveyor Application
All prepared food, both prepackaged and food for on site consumption, must be produced by the purveyor. We prefer those who use local, organic produce, ideally from the farmers at the farmers market. All prepared food is subject to a tasting to assure product quality and appeal. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED SAMPLES.

Artisan Application
All art must be produced by the applying artist and will be subject to review by an Artisan jury to assure product quality, authenticity and appeal.

Holistic Practitioners Application
All Holistic Practitioners must provide an onsite service such as massage, iridology, reflexology, etc. and be the recipient of a certificate of training in the specific field by an accredited association. Holistic Practioners may not sell products. If you have your own products to sell you must apply as a vendor.Download Application

Entertainer Application
We give priority to local musicians that complement the ambiance of our farmers markets.

Free Speech Zone
We provide a free speech booth at our market for not-for-profit organizations. For a fee of $20 we provide you with a canopy tent and table; please notify the Market Manager in advance if you would like to attend by calling our office at (905) 825-8966. Nothing may be sold in this area. This is a great place to get signatures for political purposes. Or email us at market@osfp.ca
